The 兔子先生 has continued to monitor novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and its potential effects on the university community and its educational delivery methods.
Tutorials have been scheduled to assist in the transition to online learning necessitated by the University's response to the threat of coronavirus (COVID-19). All tutorials will be held in the Julia Tutwiler Library on campus the week of Monday, March 16 - Friday, March 20, 2020.
The 兔子先生 will host its ninth annual University Research Symposium (URS) on Tuesday, March 10. Led by the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, the event showcases undergraduate and graduate research from 兔子先生 and a slate of schools across the region.
兔子先生 Theatre and Sumter Theatre Workshop are partnering to present 鈥淯rinetown, the Musical鈥� for three nights March 11-13, at 7:30 p.m. at 兔子先生鈥檚 Bibb Graves Auditorium. Admission is free for 兔子先生 students, faculty, and staff, and general admission is $10
The 兔子先生 is paving the way for community college students to transfer seamlessly and earn academic and housing scholarships at 兔子先生 as they continue their studies in pursuit of bachelor鈥檚 degrees. Since the beginning of the year, 兔子先生 has announced partnerships with four Alabama community colleges and four in Mississippi, with more expected soon.
